At Athleet Fit we belive you should not be limited to your choice of personal trainer by geography alone. We deliver bespoke online personal training that can be accessed anywhere so long as you have a laptop, a tablet, or a smartphone.
What makes us different to 99% of online coaching programmes is the progressive nature of our plans. Most trainers or online coaches will not account for each persons individual movement patterns, and will throw you in the deep end with regards to exercise selection. Our plans however are built around each individual. Throughout your plan you will gradually progress through different exercises as your body begins to adapt and change.
At Athleet Fit we dont belive that everyone wants to be 8% bodyfat, or spend 7 days a week in the gym. We belive each individual is different and therefore the plan needs to be adapted to the person, not the other way around. We make health and fitness enjoyable, and something you look forward to doing. If you are looking to get ready for a bodybuilding or physique show then we are not the company for you. Our focus is guiding you towards a healthier lifestlye, whether that be losing weight, improving your fitness, getting stronger, or just improving your health.
Through our consultation process we will highlight what you do and dont enjoy, and endevour to make the process as enjoyable and maintainable as possible. We will also educate you on how to maintain your results once you have finished your online coaching plan, and set new goals for you to work towards.
